BNP candidate Dipen Dewan launches campaign in Bilaichhari

RANGAMATI, Jan 27, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) candidate Dipen Dewan today launched  election campaign in Bilaichhari upazila of the district, seeking support for the upcoming parliamentary elections.

Dipen Dewan, joint secretary of the BNP National Executive Committee for Religious Affairs and BNP candidate for Rangamati parliamentary constituency-299, started the campaign from Bilaichhari Bazar in the morning. He distributed leaflets and exchanged views with local residents in different areas of the upazila.

Addressing voters during the campaign, Dipen Dewan said that if BNP forms the government, development activities would be implemented equally for the welfare of all communities living in the Chittagong Hill Tracts. He called upon people from all walks of life to remain united ahead of the February 12 elections.

 BNP candidate for the 9th National Parliament election from Rangamati Mrs. Maitree Chakma, District Jubo Dal President Md. Nurunnabi, District Krishak Dal General Secretary Bablu, District Sramik Dal leader Mizanur Rahman Babu, and leaders and activists of various BNP-affiliated and associate organizations were present on the occasion.
