NARSINGDI, Jan 24, 2026 (BSS) - As part of a nationwide awareness campaign ahead of the 13th parliamentary election and referendum, a specially designed vehicle known as the "Super Caravan" continues to tour different parts of the country.
Under the campaign, the "Vote Caravan" arrived at the Palash Bus Stand area in Ghorashal town of Palash upazila in Narsingdi at around 3:00 pm today.
During its stop, various visual presentations and exhibitions related to the referendum and election campaign were displayed for the public until the evening.
Palash Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md Ishtiaq Ahmed, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Rakin Mashrur Khan, Joint General Secretary of the Palash Upazila Press Club Al-Amin Mia and people from all walks of life were present at the programme.
Speaking on the occasion, UNO Md Ishtiaq Ahmed said the caravan effectively presented key information on the importance of the upcoming parliamentary election and the proposed referendum on the July National Charter to the general public.
He added that the modern, information-based caravan is traveling across the country to raise awareness about citizens' voting rights and state reform initiatives.
Hundreds of people from various professional backgrounds gathered in Palash to participate in the special campaign and learn more about election and referendum-related issues.
