DHAKA, July 1, 2026 (BSS) – The government today posted 10 members of the Bangladesh Judicial Service as Chief Legal Aid Officers in 10 districts.

“In consultation with the Bangladesh Supreme Court, the following members of the Bangladesh Judicial Service have been posted to the districts and positions specified below,” said a gazette notification issued by the Law and Justice Division.

Of the 10 officers of the rank of Joint District and Sessions Judge, Monika Khan was posted to Cumilla, Ahmed Humayun Kabir to Faridpur, Md. Mustafizur Rahman to Satkhira, Laila Meher Banu to Moulvibazar, Mst. Shabnam Mustari to Rangpur, Farjana Hasanat to Mymensingh, Nazmun Nahar to Noakhali, ASM Emran to Rangamati, Ayesha Begum to Sylhet, and Solaiman Kabir to Sunamganj as Chief Legal Aid Officers.
