SANGSAD BHABAN, Aug 30, 2026 (BSS) - The Jatiya Sangsad (JS) today reconstituted four parliamentary standing committees on different ministries.

JS Chief Whip Nurul Islam Moni on behalf of the Leader of the House and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman proposed the reconstitution.

Later, the proposals were adopted by voice votes with Deputy Speaker Barrister Kayser Kamal in the chair.

The reconstituted committees are Standing Committee on The Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Ministry of Industries, Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
