KYIV, Ukraine, March 29, 2024 (BSS/AFP) - A Ukrainian energy provider said Friday that three thermal power plants had been damaged in an overnight barrage of Russian missiles and drones, the latest aerial assault to target Ukraine's critical infrastructure.

"The occupants attacked three DTEK thermal power plants. Equipment was severely damaged. After the attack, engineers promptly started to deal with the consequences," the DTEK energy provider said in a statement.
