NARAYANGANJ, July 16, 2021 (BSS) - Two people were killed and two others injured in a road accident in Taltola Stand area here this morning.

The deceased were identified as Monir Hossain, 40, son of Nuru Miah of Vitipara area of Noagaon union under Sonargaon upazila and Habib, 12, son of Ruhul Amin of Baghbaria village under Jampur union.

Sub-Inspector of Taltola police outpost Tofazzal told BSS that a speedy pickup van coming from Madanpur hit a fish carrying-van from behind, killing two people on the spot.

The injured people were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
