MANIKGANJ, July 24, 2026 (BSS) - A van driver was killed in an accident near at Manora market this noon when his van collided head-on with a covered van on Dhaka-Aricha Highway.

Manikganj police said the accident occurred at 2pm when the van driver reached on the Dhaka - Aricha HighWay a speedy covered Van collided head on with the van leaving the van driver killed on the spot. 

The police could not identify the deceased immediately.
