KHAGRACHARI, Nov 12, 2025 (BSS) - Ramgarh Upazila Parishad former chairman and BNP district unit senior joint secretary Shahidul Islam Bhuiyan alias Farhad died of a heart attack at a hospital in Chattogram city last night.

He was 50.

He left behind his wife, two children and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.

BNP Khagrachari district unit President Wadud Bhuiyan, General Secretary MN Absar and BNP central executive committee member Samiran Dewan expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Farhad.

In separate condolence message, they prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
