CHANDPUR, Oct 30, 2025 (BSS) – A motorcycle rider was killed and another injured in a road accident at Madanergaon village under Faridganj upazila of the district this morning.

The deceased was Junaid Badsha Talukder, 45, son of Maulana Idris Talukder of Manikraj village of the upazila. 

The accident took place around 10.30 am when a speedy motorcycle hit Junaid’s motorbike from opposite direction, leaving Junaid dead on the spot and another bike rider injured, said 

Locals rescued the injured and sent him to Faridganj Upazila Health Complex.

Sub-Inspector of Faridganj Police Station Abu Taher confirmed the matter.
