RAJSHAHI, Oct 27, 2025 (BSS) - The 47th founding anniversary of the Rajshahi 
city unit of Jubo Dal was celebrated with colourful programmes and much 
enthusiasm in the city today.

To mark the day, national and party flags were hoisted in front of the city 
and district unit office of BNP and the day's programme began through 
releasing balloons, festoons and pigeons.

Afterwards, BNP and Jubo Dal leaders and workers transplanted tree saplings 
to different areas in the city.
 
A massive rally set off from Batarmore in the afternoon after a pre-rally 
meeting at the spot.

Before ending at Zero Point at Shaheb Bazar the rally paraded through the 
main streets of the city. 

Jubo Dal Convener Mahfuzur Rahman, Senior Joint Convener Shafiqul Islam, 
Member-secretary Rafiqul Islam, BNP leaders, Mamun-Or-Rashid, Waliul Haque, 
Shafiqul Islam and Rabiul Alam, among others, addressed the meeting.

Speakers urged party leaders and activists to remain united ahead of the 
upcoming national elections and to form full-fledged committees in every 
ward.
 
Leaders and activists from BNP, Jubo Dal, Swechchha Sevak Dal and Chhatra Dal 
from different parts of the city joined the programme.
