Zulfiqar Ali Haider urged drivers to strictly follow traffic rules to ease
congestion and ensure safety for all.

"If we all abide by traffic regulations, it will be possible to reduce the
city's gridlock significantly," he said as the chief guest in a traffic
awareness rally at Gallamari area today.

and reduce traffic congestion in the city.

A large number of easybike and CNG drivers, among others, attended the rally.

Addressing easybike, CNG drivers, he added, "Our goal is not to fine you but
to teach you how to drive responsibly, which lane to use, which side of the
road to stay on, and when to pick up passengers."

He also warned drivers against being tempted by unusually high fares offered
by passengers intending to commit theft or other crimes.

"Your safety means your family's safety," he reminded them.

drivers under its traffic education programme.
