RAJBARI, Sept 7, 2025 (BSS) – A 14-day training workshop for Ansar VDP members concluded today in Rajbari district.

The district Ansar VDP Centre organized the training programme aiming to perform their duties properly during the upcoming Durga Puja and the general election. As  many as 70 Ansar VDP members took part in the workshop.

Rajbari Deputy Commissioner Sultana Akhter  attended the concluding function as the chief guest while Rajbari district Ansar VDP  Commandant Md.Anwar Hossain Sarkar presided over it.
 
 Describing the important role of Ansar VDP members in maintaining law and order situation and in preventing different social menaces including child marriage and drug addiction, Sultana Akhter said, “This training workshop will help them for discharging their duties sincerely in the Society.”
