JHENAIDAH, Aug 31, 2025 (BSS) - A mobile court today fined three private clinics and diagnostic centers Taka 15,000 for various irregularities in Maheshpur upazila of the district. 

The team, led by Upazila Nirbahi Officer and Executive Magistrate Khadija Akhter, conducted a drive at the town this morning and fined Saleha Diagnostic Center, Green Lab Medical Services and Maheshpur Private Hospital Taka 5,000 each.

The mobile court also ordered the sealing of the operation theater of Maheshpur Private Hospital. 

During the operation, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Mahmud bin Hedayet and members of the law enforcement agencies were present.
