TUNGIPARA, Gopalganj, Jan 24, 2024 (BSS) - A total of 300 blankets were distributed among the helpless and cold-hit people living in Tungipara upazila of the district today.

The warm clothes were distributed from the relief and welfare fund of the Biswasuk Sevasram Sangha of the district.

General Secretary of the Biswasuk Sevasram Sangha Nihar Kumar Brahmachari handed over the blankets as the chief guest among the helpless and cold-hit people of the upazila this morning.

The warm clothes distribution function was held on the premise of the Gopalpur Panchapalli High School this morning.

Headmaster of the Gopalpur Panchapalli High School Tapas Kumar Barai, Treasurer of the Biswasuk Sevasram Sangha Tushar Brahmachari and its Chief Advisor Laxman Chandra Brahmachari, among others, were present on the occasion.
