TANGAIL, Jan 14, 2023 (BSS) - Two youth were killed in a collision between a

truck and their motorcycle in Nagarpur upazila of the district this morning.

The deceased were identified as Shakil, 19, hailed from Shunshi village and
Masum, 19, a resident of Kalomoid village in the upazila. They were the
students of Syed Kalu Shah College in Shaturia of Manikganj district.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Nagarpur Thana Jasim Uddin said the accident
occurred on Sheikh Hasina Bridge in Kedarpur area of the upazila due to dense
fog.

Shakil amd Masum died on the spot, he said.

A case was filed with the concerned Police Station in this connection, the OC
added.
