DHAKA, Apr 27, 2026 (BSS)- Two crucial Group A matches of the Federation Cup Football will be held at separate venues tomorrow (Tuesday) to determine the remaining qualifier.

Abahani Limited will take on PWD Sports Club at the Bashundhara Kings Arena in the capital, while Old Dhaka outfit Rahmatganj Muslim and Friends Society face Fakirerpool Young Men’s Club at the Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium.

Both matches will kick off at 2:45 pm.

Brothers Union Club have already confirmed their place in the qualifier round as Group A champions, while the runners-up spot will be decided after the final matches of the group.

Rahmatganj Muslim and Friends Society lead the race with five points, followed by Abahani Limited with four points and PWD Sports Club with three. All three teams remain in contention for a place in the qualifiers.

The Group A runners-up will face Group B runners-up Mohammedan Sporting Club in the qualifier round.

Earlier, defending champions Bashundhara Kings and traditional powerhouse Mohammedan Sporting Club advanced to the qualifier round from Group B.
