DHAKA, Dec 17, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Under-19 Women's team kick off the 
China tour in emphatic fashion, having won the first T20 match by 21 runs 
against the China Women at the Pingfeng Campus Cricket Ground, Zhejiang 
University of Technology, Hangzhou today.

The Bangladesh youngsters won the toss and elected to bat first, managing 93 
runs in 20 overs, losing nine wickets. But they defended the total by showing 
a stellar bowling performance that wrapped up the home side for 72 in 19.4 
overs.

Sadia Islam was adjudged Player of the Match for her impactful contribution, 
which proved decisive in Bangladesh's victory.
