DHAKA, Dec 10, 2025 (BSS)- Fizza Faiz hit a brilliant half-century as
Pakistan Under-19 Women's team thrashed hosts Bangladesh by six wickets in
the fourth T20 to level the five-match series at Cox's Bazar Cricket Academy
ground today.
Put into bat first, Bangladesh Under-19 Women's team managed to rack up 126-
7, a total that Pakistan overhauled in 18.1 overs, reaching 127-4, thanks to
Fizza's 35 ball-52 not out.
Fizza's innings that included five fours and three sixes helped Pakistan
recover from a collapse that saw them reduced to 58-4 in 10th over.
Pakistan mad a fluent start with Eman Naseer and Komal Khan adding 33 runs in
just 15 balls
Habiba Khatun Pinky broke through with the wicket of Komal who made 22 off 11
with two fours and as many sixes. Her dismissal led to a collapse as Zerin
Tasnim Labonno ripped through Pakistan batting line up with 3-31, forcing
them to lose four wickets in 21 runs.
Eman and Fizza clawed the side back into the contest, showing sustained
aggression and eventually guided the visitors to the victory with 11 balls to
spare.
Eman was unbeaten on 42 off 47 after hitting four boundaries.
Bangladesh, however, had a poor start before Achena Jannat played a 34 ball-
35 to steady the innings. Mymuna Nahar then made 24 not out to help the side
propel past 100 runs for the first time in the series.
Rozina Akram and Memoona Khalid picked up two wickets apiece for Pakistan
youngsters.
Pakistan earlier won the first match by 13 runs before Bangladesh sealed
three wickets and seven wickets victory respectively in the next two matches.
With the series locked at 2-2, the fifth and final game on December 12 will
decide the winner.
