KHULNA, Aug 17, 2026 (BSS) - Khulna city unit of Jatiyatabadi Swechhasebak Dal today held a preparatory meeting to observe its 46th founding anniversary with due respect and enthusiasm.

The meeting was held at the BNP office in the city around 5:30 pm, with City Swechhasebak Dal Convener Mirajur Rahman Miraj in the chair.

City unit Member Secretary Istiak Ahmed Isti addressed the meeting as the chief speaker, while Senior Joint Convener Muntasir Al Mamun moderated it.

Leaders of the city unit and its five thana units, along with representatives from 31 wards and two unions of Khulna city, attended the meeting.

The meeting discussed various programmes, organisational preparations and other necessary measures to observe the 46th founding anniversary of Jatiyatabadi Swechhasebak Dal on August 19 in a colourful, disciplined and successful manner.
