DHAKA, May 24, 2026 (BSS) - National flag carrier Biman Bangladesh Airlines has introduced special Eid-ul-Azha gifts and festive meals for passengers on its international and domestic flights to enhance travel experience during the holiday season.
As part of the initiative, gift items will be distributed among passengers travelling on all outbound international flights on Eid day, aiming to create a festive atmosphere and make passengers' journeys more memorable and enjoyable.
A formal handover ceremony of the Eid gift items was held today at Biman Balaka Bhaban in Dhaka, said the airlines press release.
During the event, Biman Managing Director and CEO Kaiser Sohel Ahmed officially handed over the gift packages to the General Manager of the Sales Support Centre (SSC).
Deputy Managing Director and DCEO Syed Moin Uddin Ahmed, Director of Customer Services Badrul Hasan Liton, distinguished guests and senior officials of the airline were present at the ceremony.
The Biman chief expressed gratitude to all concerned for their support in arranging the Eid initiative for passengers.
The airline also announced that special meals would be served to passengers on both international and domestic routes on Eid day.
In addition, special meals have been arranged for Biman officials and employees performing duties during the Eid holidays to share the festive spirit in the workplace as well.
Biman Bangladesh Airlines said it would continue its efforts to improve passenger services and expand the scope of customer-friendly initiatives in the future.
