The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has filed a case against former Feni-3 MP and retired Lieutenant General Masud Uddin Chowdhury, over allegations of embezzling Taka 119 crore through irregularities in sending workers to Malaysia.

According to the case statement, Masud Uddin Chowdhury and others were involved in criminal breach of trust and abuse of power in labour recruitment activities.
