DHAKA, April 6, 2026 (BSS) - Eight hundred litres of illegally hoarded diesel were seized during mobile court drives conducted in different areas of the capital as part of ongoing monitoring of fuel supply and storage.

The drives were conducted today in Agargaon and Mirpur-1 Beribadh areas, said a press release issued by the Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry.

During the drive, 50 litres of diesel were recovered from an illegal structure beside the National Museum of Science and Technology, while another 100 litres were seized from two roadside illegal establishments in Goran Chatbari area.
