DHAKA, April 4, 2026 (BSS) - A total of 787 suspected measles cases have been reported across the country in the last 24 hours.

According to the latest Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) data, 60 confirmed measles patients were admitted to hospitals from 8:00am Friday to 8:00am Saturday. 

So far, the total number of suspected measles patients admitted to hospitals has reached 4,628, of whom 2,654 have recovered and been discharged.

During the same 24-hour period, four suspected measles patients died, bringing the total death toll 98 since March 15.
