DHAKA, Dec 20, 2025 (BSS) - Three more suspects have been arrested in connection with the killing of a Hindu youth in Bhaluka Upazila of Mymensingh district, raising the total number of arrestees to 10.

According to Police Headquarters, the latest arrests were made during separate operations.

The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) had earlier detained seven suspects linked to the incident.

The Chief Adviser's Press Wing disclosed the information today, confirming that RAB-14 conducted raids at different locations to apprehend the suspects.

The previously arrested suspects are Md Limon Sarkar (19), Md Tarek Hossain (19), Md Manik Mia (20), Ershad Ali (39), Nijum Uddin (20), Alamgir Hossain (38), and Md Miraj Hossain Akon (46).

Law enforcement agencies said further investigation is underway and that legal proceedings are being prepared in connection with the incident.
