DHAKA, Nov 11, 2025 (BSS) - Amar Bangladesh Party (AB Party) Chairman Mujibur Rahman Manju today said the people of Bangladesh don’t want to see the old confrontational politics anymore as they want to lead a peaceful life.
“People now believe in the politics of change. We all have fought together to get rid of the torture, enforced disappearances, and killings during Hasina’s regime. We fought for making a better Bangladesh and bring radical changes in the fate of the people,” he said.
He said these while addressing at a view-exchange meeting with journalists organized by AB Party Demra Police Station unit. In the meeting, he introduced AB Party's nominated candidate for Dhaka-5 constituency, Lutfar Rahman Abbasi, to the journalists.
Manju said, “We are struggling to build a humane state. Our goal is to return the people's dues by implementing their just demands.”
AB Party is not a leader-centric party, rather the party believes in the empowerment of mass people. The main goal of the party is to permanently solve the problems faced by people,
he added.
AB Party Dhaka Metropolitan South Member Secretary Barkaz Nasir Ahmed, Central Labour Affairs Assistant Secretary Aziza Sultana, Central Assistant Publicity Secretary Azadul Islam Azad, Central July Uprising Affairs Assistant Secretary Rashedul Islam abd Jatrabari Convener Sultan Arif, among others, were present at the event.
