DHAKA, Sept 3, 2026 (BSS)- Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy has organised the 'Artist Enlistment Programme 2026' to select promising and skilled artists through auditions for inclusion in its artist list.

A notice issued today invited applications from interested persons aged 18 and above in the prescribed form.

The deadline is September 13. Applications can be sent by post or submitted in person to Muhammad Anisur Rahman, Programme Officer, Music, Dance and Recitation Department, Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Segunbagicha, Dhaka.

The envelope must mention 'Artist Enlistment Programme 2026', the applicant's name and mobile number.

A photocopy of the NID or birth registration certificate and two passport-size photographs must be attached. Applicants can participate in a maximum of three disciplines.

Auditions for Nazrul Sangeet, classical, three poets' songs, modern songs and group music will be held on September 18.

Folk music, Rabindra Sangeet, recitation/presentation and group recitation auditions will take place on September 19. Folk, creative, classical and group dance auditions will be held on September 25.
