DHAKA, Aug 20, 2026 (BSS)- Bangladesh Innovation Fair 2026 has invited registration from a wide range of innovators and organisations to participate in its exhibition, with the registration deadline set for August 30.

Individuals, students and researchers, universities and institutions, corporates, industries and multinational companies, government agencies, INGOs and NGOs, SMEs and service providers, startups and idea incubators, and green entrepreneurs have been invited to register for participation in the exhibition of the Bangladesh Innovation Fair 2026.

The three-day fair under the auspices of the Ministry of Science and Technology will be held at Novo Theatre in Dhaka from September 12 to 14, 2026, said a ministry release today. 

It said the fair will be formally inaugurated by Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.

Interested participants have been asked to register with the link- www.innovationfairbd.org.

The National Museum of Science and Technology authorities will implement the fair.

The fair will be organised under the theme “Innovate to Market”, with the main objective of bringing innovators, industries, academics and all relevant stakeholders under one roof to build an integrated innovation ecosystem and help Bangladesh move towards a trillion-dollar economy.

The fair will feature more than 150 innovation showcases, bringing together innovative technologies from young and experienced innovators.

More than 15 sessions and dialogues will also be held, featuring expert panel discussions on sector-specific issues. An innovation hub will serve as a centre for new ideas and technologies.

More than 50 renowned local and international universities will participate in the fair while over 50 industry experts will also attend, helping create a bridge between industry and academia.

Besides, more than 50 reputed organisations from the corporate, industrial and commercial sectors will have active participation in the fair.
