 RAJSHAHI, Aug 8, 2026 (BSS)- A daylong training workshop was held at Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) with the participation of teachers for the purpose of achieving academic excellence today.

RUET's Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organised the workshop titled "Empowering Faculty for Academic Excellence: Motivation, Positive Mindset, Leadership, and Human Relations" at the university auditorium.

The event was presided over by IQAC Director Professor Emdadul Haque, and was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Prof Nurul Islam, IQAC Additional Directors Prof Mahmud Sazzad and Prof G K M Hasanuzzaman, along with teachers from various departments.
 
The training was conducted by Dr Zahurul Islam, Member Directing Staff of Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre, as the resource person.
 
In the workshop, detailed training was provided to more than three hundred teachers, emphasizing motivation, positive mindset, and leadership.
