Refreshment expenses for officials and employees engaged in conducting examinations will be met in accordance with the government's existing "Delegation of Financial Power-2026" and the latest government directives.
The circular also fixed several expenditure limits related to conducting examinations.
Accordingly, up to Taka 3 per candidate may be spent on seating arrangements, Taka 12 per candidate on preparing answer scripts, and Taka 5 per candidate on question paper preparation, paper, duplicating machine rental, where applicable, and ink.
The rates have also been set at Taka 20 per unit for printing and procuring OMR topsheets, Taka 5 for lithographic coding and decoding, and Taka 4 for conventional coding and decoding.
In addition, up to Taka 15,000 may be spent on trunks, locks and keys, paper, pens and other ancillary materials required for conducting examinations.
The circular said all expenditures must be met from the budget allocated for the respective recruitment process, and no additional allocation will be provided for this purpose.
It also stipulated that even if examinations for multiple posts are held on the same day, those responsible for preparing question papers, as well as selection committee members and experts, will not be entitled to more than one honorarium per person per day.
