BARGUNA, May 28, 2026 (BSS) -  Chief Whip  of Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Md. Nurul Islam today offered the Holy Eid-ul-Azha prayers with people of his constituency at Nachanapara Monipur Jame Mosque in Patharghata upazila of the district.
 
The Eid congregation was held at 7:30 am. After the prayers, the Chief Whip exchanged Eid greetings and pleasantries with the devotees.

He said, “Giving up the beastly instincts of the mind is the real sacrifice. Inspired by the glory of sacrifice, we will stand beside the people and move forward with the pledge to build a beautiful Bangladesh.”
 
Later, special munajat was offered seeking peace, prosperity and welfare for the Muslim Ummah and all people across the world.
 
Local public representatives, political leaders and people from all walks of life attended the Eid prayers.
