DHAKA, May 27, 2026 (BSS) – LGRD and Cooperatives Minister Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has extended Eid-ul-Azha greetings to Muslims in Bangladesh and around the world.

In a message issued today, he wished the teachings of this sacred festival might awaken the spirit of sacrifice in the people’s hearts and further strengthen the bonds of goodwill, harmony and brotherhood among all people, regardless of rich or poor, class or profession.

Fakhrul, also BNP secretary general, prayed that Almighty Allah might fill all lives with peace, welfare and prosperity.

He wished for continuous happiness, peace and prosperity of the people.
