SAVAR, March 13, 2026 (BSS) - Liberation War Affairs Minister Ahmed Azam and Post, Telecommunication and Information Technology Minister Fakir Mahbub Anam today paid tribute to the 1971 Liberation War martyrs by placing floral wreaths at the National Martyrs' Memorial in Savar.

After laying the wreaths, the ministers offered prayers and observed a one-minute silence in memory of the valiant martyrs of the Liberation War.

Later, they signed the visitors' book at the memorial.

Concerned officials were also present on the occasion.
