RAJSHAHI, March 9, 2026 (BSS) – The Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) will remain closed from Monday, March 9 to Friday, March 27 on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr.

During the Eid vacation, all academic and administrative activities at the university will remain suspended.

However, essential departments will continue operations under special arrangements.

All academic and administrative activities will resume on Saturday, March 28 after the Eid holidays. Classes in all departments will also resume on the same day.

RUET Vice-Chancellor Prof SM Abdur Razzak has extended his greetings on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr to all teachers, students, officers and employees of the university, as well as the people of the country.
