DHAKA, Feb 19,2026 (BSS) – The land ministry has re-fixed the land record and mouza map service fee under the land record and mouza map system.
 
The information was revealed in a circular signed by land ministry’s senior secretary ASM Saleh on Tuesday.

“The government fee and service costs have been re-fixed aiming to make land record and mouza map service more peoples friendly and sustainable”, according to the land ministry’s circular.
 
The total fee for the certified and online copy of any land record documents has been re-fixed at Taka 120 which includes  Taka 100 as government fee and Taka 20 as service fee.

The total fee for each sheet of mouza map has been re-fixed at Taka 545 including Taka 520 as government fee and Taka 25 as service fee, said the circular.

The land record and mouza map applications and related its all fees will have to be paid through online.

With the approval from the proper authority, the order has been issued for the interest of the people.
