DHAKA, Jan 11, 2026 (BSS) - Information and Broadcasting Adviser Syeda Rizwana Hasan today visited Bangladesh Film Development Corporation (BFDC) in the capital.

Secretary of the ministry Mahbuba Farjana was present during the visit.

BFDC Managing Director Masuma Rahman Tani showed the adviser around BFDC's various activities and department-wise facilities - digital services, shooting floor, sound studio and editing lab.

She also informed the Adviser about the various projects of the organization and several positive steps undertaken recently. 

After the visit, the advisor gave instructions on the necessary measures for the speedy implementation of BFDC's plans and the steps to be taken to increase the facilities of the organization. 

She inquired about the progress of the ongoing infrastructure construction of the planned Kabirpur Film City project.

During the visit, the adviser inaugurated the Online Schedule Management System of BFDC.
