DHAKA, Dec 29, 2025 (BSS) - The government has relieved Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Sheikh Zulfikar Alam Shimul and Assistant Attorneys General (AAGs) ABM Ibrahim Khalil, Mohammad Ayub Ali (Ashrafi), and Md Montu Alam of their duties.

Two separate notifications, signed by Solicitor Md Monjurul Hossain, stated that following the cancellation of their appointment orders, they have been relieved of their duties.

The notifications, dated December 28, added that the order will take effect immediately.
