DHAKA, Sept 21, 2025 (BSS) - Md Ruhul Amin, a member (secretary) of Planning 
Commission, has been made Officer on Special Duty (OSD).

A notification, signed by deputy secretary Mohammad Rafiqul Haque, in this 
regard has been issued by the Ministry of Public Administration today. 

The circular said the order, issued on public interest, will be effective 
immediately.
