DHAKA, Nov 24, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia today sought prayers from the people of the country for her recovery and good health.

BNP media cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan confirmed the information to BSS. Khaleda Zia has requested the countrymen to pray for her well-being, said Shayrul quoting BNP Standing Committee member Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain as saying. 

Begum Khaleda Zia has been undergoing treatment under the close supervision of a medical board at Evercare Hospital since her admission there on Sunday night.
