SANGSAD BHABAN, June 14, 2026 (BSS) - Prime Minister and Leader of the House Tarique Rahman joined the Jatiya Sangsad (JS) sitting today.

The sitting of the first budget session of the 13th Jatiya Sangsad (JS) resumed at 3:03 pm with Deputy Speaker Barrister Kayser Kamal in the chair.

The day's proceedings began with recitation from the Holy Quran.

This is the 2nd session of the current parliament, which began on June 7.
