SANGSAD BHABAN, June 10, 2026 (BSS) - Prime Minister and Leader of the House Tarique Rahman today joined the fourth day sitting of the first budget session of the 13th Jatiya Sangsad (JS). 

The sitting of the session began at 3:00 pm with Speaker Major (Retd) Hafiz Uddin Ahmad, Bir Bikram, in the chair.

The day's proceedings commenced with recitation from the Holy Quran. Later, the Prime Minister took part in question-and-answer session designated for him.

This is the 2nd session of the current parliament, which began on June 7.
