KHULNA, Nov 18, 2025 (BSS) - ASM Jamshed Khondoker has joined as the Deputy 
Commissioner (DC) and District Magistrate of Khulna. 

He assumed office on Tuesday morning, according to a notice published on the 
official website of the Khulna Deputy Commissioner's Office.

Khondoker is an officer of the 29th BCS (Administration) Cadre. Prior to his 
new appointment, he served as Private Secretary to Fayez Ahmad Tiayeb, 
special assistant to the Chief Advisor (Posts, Telecommunications and 
Information Technology Ministry).
