CHATTOGRAM, Nov 2, 2025 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-7 arrested a drug dealer along with 20 kg of hemp from the city’s Halishahar area.

The arrestee was identified as Md. Salman, 50, a resident of North Halishahar.

RAB-7 Assistant Director (Media) ARM Mozaffar Hossain said a team of RAB conducted a drive in the area around 7:30 pm on Saturday and arrested Salman with the hemp.

Later, the arrestee and the seized hemp were handed over to Halishahar Police Station.
