NATORE, Nov 2, 2025 (BSS) – The government has taken programme to distribute seeds and fertilizers among 7,720 small and marginal farmers in Lalpur upazila of the district for cultivating Robi crops during the current season.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Julhas Hossain Sourav inaugurated the agri-input distribution programme at the upazila agricultural training hall on Sunday.

Upazila Livestock Officer Dr. Md. Abdullah and beneficiary farmers spoke at the inaugural program presided over by Upazila Agriculture Officer Pritam Kumar Hore. 

Under the programme, beneficiary farmers are being provided with wheat, peanut, winter onion, mustard, lentils and khesari pulses seeds and necessary chemical fertilizers for one bigha of land.
