COX’S BAZAR, Oct 17, 2025 (BSS) – A young man died after being struck by a Dhaka-bound Prabal Express train at Razarkul union of Ramu upazila today.

The deceased was Mohammad Mansur (24), son of Fayez Ahmed of Razarkul union of the upazila.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Ramu Police Station Muhammad Arif Hussain said upon receiving the news, police quickly arrived at the scene. 

He said police also informed Railway police about the incident.

The OC said the body was sent to Cox’s Bazar Sadar hospital for autopsy.
