RAJSHAHI, Oct 8, 2025 (BSS) – Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel on Tuesday seized a rare touchstone statue from Bagha border of Rajshahi district.
 
The statue was seized in a special operation at Pakuria area under Bagha Upazila by the Rajshahi Battalion (1 BGB) on Tuesday night, said a press release.
 
The weight of the idol is 156 kilograms and its estimated value is TK 1.56 crore.
