BOGURA, Sept 11, 2025 (BSS) - A youth was killed and five others were injured 
in a road accident in Kalibala area of the district town here today.

The deceased was identified Siam, 18, son of Mannan Pramanik, a Saudi 
expatriate from Ulipur Dakshinpara area under Sakharia union in Sadar upazila 
of the district.

The accident occurred in the town's second highway this afternoon when a 
motorcycle collided head-on with an auto-rickshaw, leaving bike rider Siam 
dead on the spot and injuring five others, Hasan Basir, officer-in-charge 
(OC) Bogura Sadar Police Station confirmed.

The injured were taken to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College and Hospital, 
he added.
