GAIBANDHA, Aug 2, 2025 (BSS) - Police recovered the hanging body of a young man from his bedroom in the Rangarmour area under Kamardaha union of Gobindaganj upazila early this morning.

The deceased was identified as Payel, 22, son of Attab Ali of the same area.

According to police sources, family members discovered the body in the early hours and immediately informed the police. Upon receiving the information, a team from Gobindaganj Police Station rushed to the scene and recovered the body.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Gobindaganj Police Station Bulbul Islam confirmed the incident, saying the body has been sent to Gaibandha General Hospital for autopsy.
