CUMILLA, July 30, 2025 (BSS) - Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) in a drive seized huge Indian fireworks worth Taka 95.67 lakh from Rasulpur area under Sadar Dakshin upazila of the district this morning.

On a tip-off, a BGB team from Cumilla BGB-10 Battalion conducted the drive and seized 4,75,840 pieces of illegal Indian fireworks, a BGB press release said.

The seized goods will be deposited at the customs, the release added.
