CHATTOGRAM, July 13, 2025 (BSS) - An elderly man died and a total of 23 
people have been infected with dengue in Chattogram city and district in the 
last 24 hours.

According to Civil Surgeon office, 23 people have been admitted to government 
hospitals with dengue in the last 24 hours.

Nurul Alam, 65, died of dengue while undergoing treatment at Chattogram
Medical College Hospital. 

A total of 585 people were admitted to hospitals in the city due to dengue 
this year. Three people have died this year from the disease.
