CHATTOGRAM, July 13, 2025 (BSS) - A mobile court of the Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) today fined three commercial establishments a total of Tk 60,000 for various irregularities, including producing confectionery items in an unhygienic environment.

CCC Executive Magistrate Chaiti Sarvabidya led the drive and imposed fines amounting to Tk 20,000 on Bread Basket on Sadarghat Road, Tk 10,000 on New Malancha, and Tk 30,000 on Bismillah Hotel and Jhal Bitan Factory on Alkaron Road.

CCC Public Relations Officer Aziz Ahmed said such drives would continue in the future in the public interest.
